Spending 10 minutes a day on your English is easy. You can integrate it naturally into your daily routine. You can find situations in which you can sit down and really concentrate on the language for a few minutes. When practicing with a friend or a family member, you can motivate and learn from each other. If you do any of these things regularly, your English will get better. Your memory will improve as well, and if you make a note of what you do every day you will feel proud of yourself, too. Then all you will have to do is to reward yourself with a two-week holiday in a sunny country where they speak English – all day! Spotlight 11/06 by Joanna Westcombe
